ART DECO SHOPPING EMPORIUM TO BECOME A “JEWEL” IN ROCHDALE’S RETAIL CROWN

An iconic art deco building in the centre of Rochdale’s niche-shopping area is poised to become one of the North West’s most fashionable retail destinations.
