Chef with Feel Good Food in store

Celebrity chef Aazam Ahmad performed a live cooking demonstration at Tesco Rochdale on Friday 26 June as part of his Rochdale Feel Good Festival promotional tour of the region.

Delighted shoppers were treated to fresh strawberry smoothies and a variety of hot dishes from one of the most respected and renowned chefs in the region. Visitors were also handed official programmes for the Rochdale Feel Good Festival which are now available in the tourist information centre inside Touchstones.

Aazam is excitedly preparing for his appearance at the Rochdale Feel Good Festival on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 July, where he will be wowing the audience with a number of live cooking demonstrations alongside fellow celebrity chef Aldo Zilli - the man behind London's Zilli group, a clutch of gourmet West End eateries that have been pulling in A-list celebs and discerning theatre-goers for years.

With only 1 week left to go the Rochdale Township team, together with other organisations, have been working hard on the final preparations for the Rochdale Feel Good Festival. There will be free live music at various venues from noon on Saturday, culminating with the Bluetones playing on the main stage by the Town Hall.
