Rochdale, a town centre being transformed...one year on

Since Rochdale Council and Rochdale Development Agency consulted the public last year, they have been working with Genr8, the preferred developer to develop proposals for the town centre.
Now they want to hear YOUR views again on what the latest plans for the town centre.
Visit the exhibition of the latest plans in the Wheatsheaf and Exchange shopping centres from Tuesday 17th May or look at the proposals here.
Outline proposals will be on display and people will be asked for their ideas for the new multi-million pound retail and leisure developments.
